Reviews and investigations
SpotOnTask may ask for information needed to investigate a report, payment, task, identity check, or safety issue. Respond through the official support channel and provide relevant platform evidence. Do not send unnecessary identity, tax, banking, or authentication information.
Possible enforcement actions
Depending on severity and account history, SpotOnTask may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, pause offers or postings, suspend access, or terminate an account. Urgent action may be taken for credible safety, fraud, legal, or payment risk.
If your account is restricted
- Read the notice and complete any stated action.
- Do not open another account to bypass the restriction.
- Contact Support with the account email, notice or error, relevant task ID, and concise context.
See the Terms and Conditions and two-factor authentication guide.

Use Contact Us to explain a restriction or suspected account problem. Include the notice and relevant task ID without exposing passwords or security codes.
